About The Builder: Nick Kent
I spent most of my young adult life in San Diego, California before I moved to Tallahassee, Florida to complete my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Philosophy at Florida State University. After I graduated, Tallahassee continued to offer opportunities through the relationships I had made. I then became certified general contractor and a real estate Broker. I now have planted roots in Tallahassee with my wife and 3 children And we love calling Tallahassee our home
I am the owner of Kent Development LLC and Kent Brokerage LLC. For over 20 years we have been building student apartments, commercial build-outs and custom homes. However over the past few years my passion has switched to land development and design/build that focuses on brining urban infill into downtown Tallahassee.
I find myself motivated by relationships and the tangible end product that I am able to create. I have been fortunate to have worked with some incredible clients. It is amazing to be able to design & build a product that people make their home.

Chance has been with Kent development for _ years. He is responsible for coordinating and managing the Kent development team of subcontractors. Chance graduated from Floridas state university with a degree in business management in 2018.

I’m Audrey Kent, a proud mother of three amazing children based in Tallahassee, Florida. For over 15 years, I have been in the salon industry, earning awards, including "Top Salon in Tallahassee." While I loved my time in the beauty industry, my current focus is on the property management business that my husband Nick and I run together.
I manage over 40 rental properties in the Tallahassee area, offering personalized services for both tenants and property owners. We’re passionate about creating positive experiences and helping our clients achieve their goals, whether it’s finding the perfect rental or maximizing property value.
